Large Vintage

I want to get instructions on how to make a vintage wooden sign.?

I want to make a large sign for my kitchen- like an old menu or restaurant sign. I have plywood, just need to know how to make it look aged...and how what type of paints to use.

I will give you an idea on what to do if it was me .The plywood you have.... I would use the blackboard paint (it is also available in green) and maybe you or someone you know that has nice printing could use chalk with different colours to match your kitchen and when you get tired of the design wipe it away and have fun creating another.It would look more real as a menu and be fun changing it when you get more ideas.... hope this helps
