Mary Mother Jesus

Did Mary, the mother of Jesus had other children right after the birth of Jesus?
Do you have an Idea and references if the Joseph and Marry had children after the birth of Jesus Christ?
Help.
Yes, Mary had other children. Probably not "right after" because childbirth is very hard on a woman's body and she needs time to recuperate.
Matt 13: 54 reads: He[Jesus] returned to Nazareth, his hometown. When he taught there in the synagogue, everyone was amazed and said, "Where does he get this wisdom and the power to do miracles?" Then they scoffed, "He's just the carpenter's son, and we know Mary, his mother, and his brothers--James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas." -- New Living Translation (©2007)
And Paul wrote about “[...] James the brother of the Lord.” -- Gal. 1:19 (Douay)

Catholic dogma disagrees. Pope Pius XII announced: “We define it to be a dogma revealed by God that the Immaculate Mother of God, Mary EVER VIRGIN, when the course of her earthly life was finished, was taken up body and soul into the glory of heaven.”—Munificentissimus Deus. [CAPs mine]
***But Matthew’s account says that Joseph “had no relations with her UNTIL she bore a son.” (Matthew 1:25, Catholic New American Bible, italics ours.), so it seems reasonable that after she had Jesus Mary had sex with her husband and conceived her other children in the normal manner.
**Some claim that Jesus meant brothers in a spiritual or metaphoric sense of people that shared his faith but the apostle John (who also happened to be Jesus first cousin) distinguished between the two groups by stating: “He [Jesus] and his mother and brothers AND his disciples went down to Capernaum.” -- John 2:12
** Some claim that the Greek word translated "brother" in fact meant "cousin" but this is not true. The Greeks had a word for "brother” (a·del·phos′) and another different word for “cousin” (a·ne·psi·os′); so when the bible writers said "brother" they MEANT brother.
That is why people like John P. Meier, former president of the Catholic Bible Association of America, wrote:
“In the N[ew] T[estament] adelphos [brother], when used NOT merely figuratively or metaphorically but rather to designate some sort of physical or legal relationship, means only full or half-brother, and nothing else.” [CAPs mine]
