Where can I buy a Cinema Bizarre pendant necklace?

i'm not sure. i haven't been able to find one, so far, and it may be possible that there isn't one for sale anywhere.
Kiro (the person wearing the necklace in the pic) was most likely only able to get it since he's in the band.
