Greek Orthodoxes venerate the Virgin Mary exceptionally, even more so than Catholics.
Referring to the Virgin as "Theotokos"
a much higher title than Mother of our Lord.
But they do not as I know pray the Rosary. Half my family is G.O.

Here is but one highly practiced chant in Orthodoxy
“The golden incenser is the Virgin, and its pleasant scent is our Savior.”

Walking into any G.O. Church, one will be overcome by the Icons of The Blessed Virgin and how center stage they are.
It's very hard understanding the Role the Virgin plays without
first coming to know the Virgin. She is the Ark. The Woman.

It can not be overstated how the G.O. church venerates Our Dear Mother and properly and boldly so.

“If one does not acknowledge Mary as Theotokos, he is estranged from God.” St. Gregory of Nazianzus

*Edit: I asked the religious Orthodoxy expert in my family about your question. She told me it is an accepted and encouraged prayer of the Church, but not usually practiced except by the nuns and monks in the monasteries in both Russian and Greek Orthodoxy.
